How I work

Small teams, whole products

  1. Ship small, ship often

    A product gets better in users’ hands. I keep releases small and the path to production short and safe.

  2. Design is part of the job

    Tokens, components and a living style guide, whether it is SwiftUI or CSS. Good products look considered.

  3. Quality gates, not heroics

    Linting, type checks, unit and browser tests run before every push and again before every deploy.

  4. Built for more than one language

    Living between Hindi, English and Japanese taught me to plan for translation, time zones and scripts from day one.
